BEEF CABBAGE
Dad
Ground Chuck (about 3/4 pound)
In a large frying pan, cook the ground chuck. The white stuff is not politically correct, but it sure adds the flavor.
Add in the chopped up onion. Your mother's little chopper eliminates the need for tears.
Add the can of tomato soup to the meat and onion. You can add an inch or so of water if you need to rinse out the can for recycling.
Chop up the head of cabbage, including the core. Add to the frying pan, place on cover, and let cook.
Add salt to suit your tastes.
Eat.
