LLL BIRTHDAY CARROT CAKE

 

We served this at San Francisco LLL's 21st birthday in October 1977... Anne and Joe were there.

3 cups flour
2 t baking powder
1 1/2 t baking soda
2 t cinnamon
1 cup cooking oil
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup chopped nuts

Mix the ingredients and pour into a greased and floured 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
