Inspired by Joe's Colvin Run stoneground cornmeal. Recommended with red beans n' rice.
1 cup cornmeal (preferably good quality stone ground)<Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, blend all ingredients. Pour into a small baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
