Grandma Estelle Sustar

Susu: "This is from Grandma, but I cut the recipe in half."

1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
a pinch of salt
egg
milk

 

Mix the dry ingredients. Add a well beaten egg with sufficient milk to make a stiff batter. Drop the dumplings from a tablespoon into the boiling stew, cover tight, reduce heat to low. Cook for 15 minutes. Don't peak!
