GORGONZOLA SALAD DRESSING

1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
a few twists of ground pepper
chopped walnuts, optional

Mix with a fork until nicely blended. Mix well in a salad of Romaine lettuce. Serve into bowls. Sprinkle with walnuts if desired.
