GRAHAM MUFFINS (no egg needed)

Mom: "This was from La Leche League's 1971 cookbook "Mother's in the Kitchen"...I always liked the fact that it didn't need eggs, though I can't imagine not having eggs in the house any more, and I thought these muffins really tasted like graham crackers, one of my earlies favorite foods. did I ever tell you how we used to eat mashed bananas mixed with broken up graham cracker in a bowl?? another wonderful way to enjoy mashed bananas..."

1/2 cup sour milk
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup molasses
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients together.

Fill 18 muffin cups and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
