PIZZA ROLLS

DOUGH:
1 cup of warm water
1 T dry yeast
1 t sugar

Mix together. Rest 5 minutes.

ADD:
about 3 cups of flour
2 T oil
1 t salt

Let rise until dough has doubled. Remove from bowl onto breadboard. Roll with rolling pin until dough is about 1/8" thick.

SPREAD AND SPRINKLE ON:
thin layer of tomato sauce
1 t oregano
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

With knife or pizza cutter, cut dough into long triangular strips, about the size of a small piece of pizza. Roll each roll into a seashell-like shape, from the widest part to the skinniest part.
Transfer to a cookie sheet, and let rise for a little while.


Bake about 10 min at 435 degrees, until golden brown.
