SPAGHETTI PIZZA
Joe
Because there aren't enough Italian recipes in the world already. . .
SPAGHETTI:
Boil up 1 lb. of spaghetti, making sure the noodles are al dente. Strain water,
and mix in spaghetti sauce.
DOUGH:
1 cup of warm water
1 T yeast
1 t sugar
Mix together. Rest 5 min
ADD:
3 cups of flour (but don't measure this out)
enough oil...maybe 2 or 3 T
a bit o' salt...maybe a teaspoon
Let rise. Shape into a deep dish pizza with a high edge of crust.
Bake about 10 minutes at 435 degrees.
Remove from oven.
BRUSH CRUST WITH:
butter
pressed garlic
Put al dente spaghetti in a bowl. Add enough sauce and parmesan cheese to please you. Dump spaghetti in the deep dish pizza. Cover with enough mozzarella cheese to cover up the spaghetti. Add some more parmesan or even cheddar cheese if you'd like. Continue to bake at 435 degrees for about 10 minutes or until the cheese changes from white and just begins to get that crispy orange color.
Eat.
